Sunday Morning: Rise & Integrate (2 hours)
We’ll begin with a light-hearted, energizing flow—designed to wake up the body, spark joy, and tap into the strength and confidence you’ve cultivated all weekend. Expect playful movement, feel-good sequencing, and maybe even a few surprises as we rise into the day.
From there, we’ll slow it down, tuning into deeper somatic awareness, breath, and stillness. Restorative postures, grounding breathwork, and guided reflection will help weave the weekend’s work into your nervous system, leaving you feeling clear, steady, and nourished from the inside out.
