Plaza Yoga & Bodywork is the Plaza's Yoga Studio, and true to brand we offer a well rounded variety of classes to cater to your body and Soul. Here's a little more information to help you find your starting point.
Sunday 11am
All Levels
Lindsay guides you gently through anatomy-awareness based, body-serving yoga. This class encourages allowing your body to be honest with your mind, honoring both in appropriate movement, modification for allowance, breath. You'll leave this class knowing something amazing about you!
Monday 6pm
Beginners
Jay helps you explore the boundaries of your range of motion, as well as your capacity for presence. Experience strength and calming energy from within in this beginners yoga class! Jay's teaching will leave your whole being feeling like sunshine!
Tuesday 7am
Sunrise Glow
Breath-focused opening to the day and the remainder of the week after surviving and SLAYing your Monday. Dani uses trauma-informed tools for down-regulation of the CNS (Central Nervous System) to help you gather your innate power and carry it with grace and swagger. All levels welcome and safe here.
Tuesday 6 pm
Engagement Yoga
Engage your muscles to engage your Soul. Dani maps out the function and operation of your individual body in movement. How do you engage your muscles properly in a pose, while still honoring your unique body? This is the class to learn it, make it muscle memory, and continue deeper and deeper into your practice.
Tuesday 7:30 pm
Yin Yoga
Find stillness in 90 second increments of breath-led softening into your most decadently relaxed Self. Danny Romero's Yin class will support your physical body and reset the vibes of your emotional body all in one gorgeous hour. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 6pm
Slow Flow
A Love-ly midweek slow-down is brought to you by Holly. This gentle class will nurture your soul while breathing life into your body. All levels will benefit from taking the hour to explore accessible movement with a seasoned instructor.
Wednesday 7:30 pm
Beginners
Join local graduates as they grow their practice of teaching, as well as your power and stamina! We're so excited that we get to offer this class in the community for beginner practitioners and beginner teachers! Rachel and Dana share this class as our pioneers of this program. Kind of intimidated by veteran teachers? That's ok! Grow your new practice with a new teacher. We're in this together!

Zach offers his vast history of practice and study in this all levels class. Join us for movement which serves your body, as well as your ability to chill. Dance between strength and softness with a wise teacher who will leave you smiling every time.

Posture Progression
Drop down. Tune in. Yoga. Holly leads a sequence each week to help you scan your whole body and soul in this cleansing check-in. Need to process your week and get on with the weekend properly? This is your class!
