Welcome to Plaza Yoga & Bodywork, where movement meets meaning in the sweetest spot in Oklahoma City’s colorful and bustling Plaza District.
We wanted to take a moment to re-introduce ourselves! It's been 9 months, and we're growing in fits and starts, and we're ready to meet more of you beautiful souls. What are you getting at Plaza Yoga & Bodywork? My Friend, so much good. Let us highlight some of our favorite things real quick.
Our teachers — Dani, Lindsay, Holly, Dana, Rachel, Danny, and Kelsey — bring unique gifts and perspectives to every class. Together, we guide students through the full spectrum of yoga: from movement basics and slow, grounding Yin, restorative practices to energizing flows and strength-building power sequences. We honor the roots of yoga, staying connected to the 8 limbs of yoga, while making it accessible for every body, every stage of life, and every level of mobility.
Yoga here isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about cultivating awareness, presence, and resilience. It's about living a long life, and being happy to have the extra time. We move to strengthen, to heal, and to reconnect, and to be able to do it again tomorrow. Whether your goal is physical alignment, stress relief, or deeper emotional processing, our classes provide the tools to support your whole being.
And what better place to practice than the Plaza District? This vibrant arts hub in OKC is full of galleries, eateries, unique shops, and lots of folks who are sure to smile at you and brighten your day. Parking a few doors down means you get to stroll through the neighborhood and discover new favorites before or after class. It’s a destination, not just a location.
So whether you’re stepping into yoga for the first time, returning after a break, or seeking to find deeper levels of your practice, Plaza Yoga & Bodywork is your home. We invite you to roll out your mat, breathe deeply, and experience yoga that nurtures body, mind, and soul.
